1. Do your homes and condos have WIFI?
A: Yes, all our homes and condos have WIFI?
2. What should I bring?
A.We suggest you bring whatever you feel you will need. We provide linens, bath towels and beach towels, starter paper products( toilet paper and paper towels). If you have a question about something that is specifically provided, please email or call us.
3. Are all your properties Pet- friendly?
A. No, we have some that are so please inquire if this is a need.
4. When is my balance due?
A. Your balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival no monies will be refunded. If you feel that you may for any reason cancel within this time frame we suggest you purchase the Travel Insurance.
6. What time is check in?
A. Check in is between 3-5pm. If you are not going to make it during this time frame please let us know so we can make other arrangements. If you would like a early check in please request it and we will do our best to accommodate you for a fee. Even if you pay the early check in fee it is not guaranteed until confirmed by the rental agent. If it is not possible your fee will be refunded.
7.What time is check out?

8. How much do I have to pay when I book?
A. We require 50% at the time of booking and the remainder is due 10 days prior to arrival.
9.Do you have any rentals that are handicap accessible?
A. Yes. Please let us know if this is a need.
10. What happens if there is bad weather?
A. In the event there is an evacuation and your trip is interrupted we will refund money from the remainder of your trip.
