Meet Our Staff Brad Layland, Broker and Owner Endless Summer RealtyIn 2001 Brad began renting out his own oceanfront townhouse and soon he discovered he had a knack for the business. He started Beach Rental Network Inc, a place where property managers and owners could list their properties in order to gain inquiries. In 2007 he started Endless Summer Realty, an boutique type real estate firm that specializes in excellent customer service. Tara Brown, Vacation Rental Manager  Tara has worked for over 9 years in the hospitality industry. Joining Endless Summer Realty in April 2011 as the office manager, as well as, Vacation Rental Manager she gets to use her expertise to make sure our guests have an outstanding vacation experience from the time they inquire about availability to the time they leave. She can answer any questions you have about each property and is on call to make sure you have everything you need for your stay.  Dale Handler, Head of HousekeepingDale Handler is an expert in all things clean. As our head of housekeeping she not only cleans properties from time to time she also inspects and is out first line of defense in quality control. She is also a licensed real estate agent with us at Endless Summer Realty, as well as a Certified Home Stager. Fred Neyhart, Head of Maintenance Fred Neyhart is our "Mr. Fix It". There is no telling how many times he has saved the day. Not only is he extremely efficient at any task we throw his way but his infectious personality and awesome attitude make him a joy to be around. Fred joined our team in the Summer of 2011 and we have NO intention of letting him go.  |
